Verification Email Not Received

I am getting the prompt to verify my email when logging in but don't receive the verification email even after clicking the 'Resend Verification Email' button. I've checked my spam folder and have also tried another browser.

I see that some other users have gotten assistance from moderators for this issue. Could I message someone the email address please?

I'm redirected to https://www.upwork.com/signup/please-verify immediately after logging in and when I try to access many other parts of the site.
