Hi community, I am new to Upwork. When I tried to upload my passport it would not allow me to download it because the dpi was not at least 200 resolution. Before I scanned my passport it would not allow it, now I am blocked from trying again with my new scan because of too many attempts. How can I make another attempt at verification?
