Hello,
I have a problem with my verification process and I can speak only with a robot, it copies/pastes articles in the chat.
I'm Italian, living in Lithuania, so my main location/tax residence is Lithuania and my passport is from Italy.
I've tried to upload the Lithuanian ID card and the system refuses it, maybe because it is a 5-year temporary residence, but I cannot get a permanent one before 5 years, this is an EU rule.
Furthermore, I have tried to upload my Italian passport and I have had the same result.
I see that if my location is different from my ID I have to provide further documents that prove that I live there.
How can I do that? I cannot communicate with anyone.
Really bad experience so far.
