Please, check if the bank and routing number are correct for ACH direct deposit. You may need to contact your bank to confirm that information and re-add it to your Upwork account.

I submitted my bank info and made a mistake when I asked to verify it. It says that I need to type in the two amounts that are deposited by upwork. I, unfortunately, misread that and typed in two random amounts on my statement, Now, it says verification has failed. Because of this, I cannot submit to jobs.
Please tell me how I can fix this.
I'm having the same issue & have not been able to contact anyone. It has been a week please make it easier to contact your team instead of consistently routing me to unbelievably unhelpful methods of assistance.
Could you please try Valeria's suggestion above. Make sure that you've entered your details and the bank routing numbers correctly, and please also check with your bank regarding the correct information.

Please, allow a couple of days for the small charges to show in your bank statement. If they don't, please check if the information you entered, such as the account and routing numbers, is correct.
