Hi Josh,

Could you please check that the banking information entered was correct and if so, please call your bank to see if they can confirm the two amounts were deposited. If they are unable to loate the deposits then please let us know so we can assist further.

I am also having the same issue, and just submitted a question to the community chat.  It seems that I cannot bid a job until I have my bank account set up.  Is that correct? Can someone please contact me as well?

I haven't received the deposit though.
I double checked on my bank transaction history/statements, but I don't see any deposit from Upwork.
