I checked your account and can see that your billing method has already been verified. You may ask the freelancer to hit the refresh button on his browser, or log off, and log back in on his account to see if it updates on his end.
I'm actually having the same problem. I've gone through the verification process, but freelancers still see me as being unverified. I asked them to log out and log back in and still showing as unverified. Please Help!
