Verifying Credit Card, Currency problem, exceed attempts

I need some help with verifying my credit card.

Because my bank is in Canada, my card was charged in CAD. When I put in the number in CAD, it did not work, and when I convert it into USD, it said I have already exceed the max number of attempts.

Please help.
