First of all, you don't need to include a video link.

Clients may not even watch your video link. I have hired over 100 freelancers on Upwork. I am certainly not going to watch a video that a candidate sends me. But other clients might watch your video.

Most importantly, why do you need an example?

Just paste the link into your cover letter:
