Video verification

I have done the video verification and after more than 24 hours I have received nothing from you but a notification which says I need to complete the video verufication

It's been over the 24 hours that I was told that  my account would be updated.  What's up with that?  If it's going to take longer, just be honest and say so.  If it should have already been done...maybe an apology?  I'm sure I'm not the only one who's losing potential work over this.
