How do I view what info is available for proposals others have made for a job?

Reid, you appear to be a plus member, so you should be able to see the low, average, and high bids for each posted job. Like everyone else, you can also see a range of proposals submitted, and the number of freelancers being interviewed. That's it, there's no other info you can view.

Basically, you can't.  You can see how many proposals have been made.  With a Pro membership, which I do not advise paying for, you can see a dollar range of all the proposals for a job.  That's not really helpful, either.

Just bid based on your experience and expertise, justify that in your profile and proposal, and move on.
