Voiceover/Narration Hourly Rates

Greetings:

Are the hourly rates offered for voiceover / narration actual work hours, or finished hours? I'm coming here from ACX, where everything is per finished hour. (ACX estimates about 6.2 studio hours per finished hour, so you have to bid accordingly.)

So, this job , for example, has a range of $30 to $62.50 per hour.

The hourly rate that clients include on the job information may be the actual rate they will offer, or they might also negotiate this with the freelancer. If you feel that the rate is not sufficient for what the job requires, you are free to discuss this with the client before accepting the offer.
