W-8BEN form

Hi, I'm new in this platform and I have a question about the W-8BEN form. I'm from Uruguay and at the moment I do not have my own business. What should I write in the 'Legal Name of Business' input field? Or do I have to have my own business in order to use Upwork?

Hi Juan Andres,

You can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents and the address you are registered at or are permanently residing at to complete the W-8BEN form.
