Want to be paid in USD

Hello,

I am new to Upwork and am trying to set up my payment method. I am in Canada and have a USD account. I would like to be paid in USD but Upwork wants to convert to CDN dollars. Is there any way that I can change this?

Only per wire transfer, at a cost of $ 30 per withdrawal

You can set up a PayPal account and withdraw your money there; they'll receive it as a balance in USD, which you can then transfer to your bank.
