My account was idle last 1.5 years. I complete my graduation & want to work from this sector. Is this sector available for me ? I want upgrade my account but I don't have any credit or debit card account. So what can I do now ? If I apply job applications from today, will my applications show to my clients ? in regards to will the client see your proposals - they definitely will. 

As far as the profile upgrade goes, how do you intend on withdrawing the earnings if you don't have any bank accounts to which you can refer them to, if you don't mind me asking?
