We are in process of subscription renewals and upgrades are not possible during that period

Hi Upwork, 

 

I faced this error when I was going to get a subscription. Could you please fix it?

Hi Nimra,

 

Please check your Membership & Connects page to see your billing cycle. Once it updates between today and tomorrow, you should be able to upgrade your membership.
