I'm trying to add a payement method and this messages appear

"We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank."

My credit card is working fine. I also tried with PayPal and it gives me the same thing Verify your account??

I'm new to upwork and my first time hiring someone.
