If I use PAID FACEBOOK ADS to Promote my UPWORK PROFILE to increase reach on profile then its harm my profile OR Upwork will raise any question OR inquiry against my profile?

I verified this with the team, and they have confirmed that as long as no contact details are included on the ads, it should be fine. Please keep in mind though that communication outside of Upwork before a contract is placed is a violation of Upwork TOS. All pre-contract discussions should be done through Upwork.
