What if the client does not end the contract after the work is completed and he pays me?

Hello,

I would like one of my clients to end our contract and leave me feedback since the work is completed and he paid me.  Should I simply ask him to do that?  Or do it myself and leave him feedback?  I have too many contracts open now which is the reason I would like to close this one.

Hi Connie,

Typically it's a best practice to wait for your client to end the contract and leave feedback. You can politely ask them to do so if no further engagement is required, that way both you and your client are on the same page. If you chose to end the contract yourself, feel free to check this help article to learn more.

Thank you.
