What is the best training for learning video editing

Long time I am working in Admin support. But Now I want to learn Video editing and start working on Facebook Page and Youtube Channel. 

I need some help.

I don't belong to particular area, but in my recommendation, go to coursera or edx. They have pretty good courses which you can audit for free.
