Please help !

I don't understand - why I can't submit a proposal.
It say I should change something in my profile. I don't understand - what exactly?

You need to write wordy description in our profile description field. Like a cover letter telling a story about your experience and goals.

It is not adviced to write a few lines especially using bullet list.

Also picture should let others clearly recognize your face, maybe you need a different photo. With real colors, not sepia.
