1.Im trying to withdraw my earning from Upwork, But I still didn't add any payment method, I was click Get Paid Now But after that, Upwork said FIll Up W8BEN Foreign Status Certification. But I'm a Non-US Person, Should I need to fill up this form?

2. And Can I Able to Withdraw Payment Via Payoneer Global Payment Services?

3. And Can I verify my Upwork account with My Government Id, before i withdraw.

1. Once your payment method is verified you will be able to withdraw your funds.

2. Yes you will be able to verify your account once you`re requested. At the moment you don't have any pending verifications. Thank you.
