When i try to submit a proposal it says you are not an active user 
unable to connect to upwork help

Thank you for the response. 
I recently created my account under my agency/company,
I havent recieved any email regarding the suspension.
Although i did have to change the name , because when signing up i did a typo
My name is Abdul , and i accidentally typed Adbul. So i requested that change , it is changed now, But i am not sure if that triggered this issue. 
Any help appreciated. Thank you again.
