Where can I take the Upwork Readiness Test

I checked this article "Become a Rising Talent" in Upwork help, and one of the requirements to become Rising Talent is "Pass the Upwork Readiness Test". I looked everywhere in Upwork website to find an option to take the test, but I couldn't find it. Does anybody know where and how I can take the test? Thank you very much.
