Where do I go to see if I have been paid manual hours from a specific client? I see an invoice but not payment. Do I need to ask for payment?

Please click on the reference ID and you will be able to view the description for each invoice for reference.

Hi Connie,
While Manual time does not qualify for Hourly Payment Protection, it is processed the same way as tracked time, automatically.
If the client did not dispute your manual added time it was processed automatically as per the Weekly Billing Cycle.
You should be able to locate the invoice under your Transaction history.
