Where is my $100 Upwork credit?

I just registered on Upwork via an email I received saying that I'd have a $100 credit. From what I understand, the credit was given to me since I used to be an elance client. Where is my $100 credit? I just posted a job. Thank you for your time it is greatly appreciated!

Hi Scott,

Once you hire a freelancer on the new job you posted, $100 will be credited to your account after a few days and you can use those funds to pay your freelancer.
