Which difference between the contact info address and tax information address.

Hello, Upwork community.

Please explain to me what differences between:
"User settings / contact info / location" and
"User settings / tax information / address".

My registration address and billing address are different from the address where I live in the moment. What address should I set in both cases? Address where I live now, or my registration and billing address.

Also please tell me which address I should set if I need to pass my identity verify with a bank document? Is it should be the billing address or address where I live at the moment.
