Just recently I had a proposal that was canceled due to the client not following the Terms of Service. Is there anyway I can get those connects refunded to my account?
There was another situation where the client didn't hire, do i still get a refund?
I would like to know

yes i agree, you should have your connects back in your account. i am sure you will get them back.

We return Connects when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service. You can find more information here and check your connects history for more details about the refunded connects.
