Why I am not getting hired?

First I copy and paste the cover letter from the previous applied job.

Then read carefully the current job which I want to apply for and edit the cover letter to match the job description...

And then some point of Q/A for additional to organic application...

I am asking if is this ok and if it will be reached the client....?

Personally, I feel every job proposal should match the job descriptions if not it may sound like you are not professional enough which could be the reason prospects are not replying to some proposals. It's just a suggestion not a commandment.

There are several reasons why it is not a good idea to copy and paste written content from other sources:

  1. Plagiarism: Copying and pasting content from other sources without proper attribution is considered plagiarism, which is the act of using someone else's work or ideas as your own. Plagiarism is unethical and can result in serious consequences, including academic penalties or legal action.

  2. Lack of originality: When you copy and paste content from other sources, you are not creating original content. This can be a problem if you are trying to demonstrate your own knowledge or skills.

  3. Lack of understanding: Copying and pasting content from other sources can prevent you from fully understanding the material. When you write content on your own, you are forced to engage with the material and think critically about it. This can help you learn and retain the information better.

  4. Lack of credibility: When you copy and paste content from other sources, you are relying on the credibility of the original source. This can be risky, as you may not be able to fully verify the accuracy or reliability of the content.

In summary, it is important to avoid copying and pasting content from other sources in order to avoid plagiarism, demonstrate originality, understand the material, and establish credibility. Instead, it is better to do your own research and writing, and to properly cite any sources that you use.

Hi Riyad, I will let others answer your cover letter question, and instead, make a major comment about your Profile. Please reduce the length of your Profile Summary to 3 short paragraphs. Otherwise many Clients will not take the time to pull down and view your get Reviews and other information. Have a great day!
