Why I am not having any single job from upwork?!!

After submitting more than 20 proposals and purchasing membership and spending 35 days on Upwork, I got not a job yet??? I am a certified professional with many years of experience. I just want to know what's wrong with my profile and what's the best way to get a job faster?

A lot of freelancers has confirmed that it takes some time to get a client. When I started freelancing, it took me about 6 to 8 months before I was hired.

Ok, I Can Understand that It may take some time but-

1) After Bidding in 20 Proposal - I just got 2 messages( not hired)- It seems they don't even view my proposal- 

For most of the cases, I submit my proposal in 5 to 10 munites after they post a job( less than 5 proposals)- which I think very fast, but still got no messages! - Why this is happening? What the Algorithm or method Upwork is following?
