Why I can't submit proposal?

Hi All! I am new to Upwork and trying to get a hand on it. I have setup my profile, and received the email that my account is now live! The issue is whenever I want to submit a proposal to the good jobs, the option remains inactive and a small box on the top says I need to complete my profile. I have completed every section. 

What am I doing wrong? anyone? Thanks

I was not able to replicate the issue you're describing. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue? Let us know if the issue persists.
