Why I see 1 job post by 2 different clients??

Hello, after apply for a job, then I realize there is another jobs that have exact same content, but the client's place are different. What is happening, is this legal? Should I also allow to apply for the second one?

Hi Quang,

Can you share with me the link to the job post you didn't submit a proposal to? Alternatively, you can flag it as inappropriate. This will make it possible for our Marketplace Quality Team to investigate the post for Terms of Service violations.
