Why Is it so difficult to find a client

I am not new to freelancing world. I am a freelancer on **Edited for Community Guidelines** 
with over 200 completed jobs since 2019. Toprated, top 10% on after effects exam.. What else, i have sent proposals, but the clients do not even open them. Should i add my rating from **Edited for Community Guidelines** 
here, in other to gain more success. I am so sad and confused. I see users here look at this rating too much rather than the person doing the project.. Any help guys? Besides i need to have rising talent and i am not getting any.

Hw else can i rank up here, I am far better than some people already here in my field. I have done more jobs.
