Why Upwork is the best freelancer platform?

I don't know why upwork is the best freelancer platform.

Becuase first of them, there are so many scammers on Upwork Support Team

Second, I think the CEO of the Upwork **edited for Community Guidelines**

Third, they don't keep their TOS.
