Why can't I save my profile in progress?

The only information retained is my photo and education. I have to re-enter everything else every time I try to work on my profile. There is no option to save. The only button is for review and submit.

 

I have tried both Firefox and Chrome on a Windows 10 computer.

I hate saying this, because it annoys me so much when I am told to do the same thing - but have you tried clearing cache and cookies before you submit. It does work sometimes.

Hi Celine,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the process of creating Upwork profile caused you some frustration. The progress should be saved as the freelancer fills their profile. The team is currently investigating why it may not work as designed. Meanwhile, please save the draft of your profile overview in a word processor if you want to submit it later.

Just happened to me yesterday. It should be Auto-saved. Now I have to write my profile overview again
