Why did UpWork took 24% of my earnings ?

Recently I completed a contract worth 600$ but my balance sheet shows that I only have 460$ available? What is this? Is UpWork 20% fee already included in this?

Yes, fees are already charged by the time your funds are available for withdrawal. Please check your Transaction history to review exactly what was charged.
