Why i am not getting hired

I am new to Upwork and I am continuously sending the proposal from the last 3 weeks but have not got a reply from a single client.

Can anybody check my profile and let me know what is wrong in it or required improvement?

Also if anyone can guide in how to get hired as a newbie?

Most consultants know how to spell "consultant" and your profile is a copy/paste from someone at TopTal named Jeffrey in the US.

None of what is in your profile is true and clients can smell the fraud from across the Internets.

If I were a client, I would wonder why someone who raised $500 million would work for $15/hr

But he changed $750 million to $500 million so it's not quite a total copy. LOL
