Why is the Rising Talent badge not showing up on my profile?

I have done everything I was supposed to do to get a rising talent badge. It never appeared. If there is something missing in profile please let me know. I have been asking about this for 3 weeks.

One response suggested that my profile is reviewed by someone and they make a decision regarding this badge. If this is true, then I would appreciate some feedback regarding how I can improve.

Nancy, twice before you’ve asked a similar question. The second time, Avery of Upwork had this to say: “Other than what's listed, the team also looks at client feedback, the overall strength of your profile upon submission, including prior experience and skills and your educational background, as well as the opportunities available in the market.” So my conclusion is the team looked at these other factors and decided not to award you the badge.
