Why my account green signal is not visible?

My profile isn't showing online for 2 days. 

How I get rid of that. Can anyone get the support center link?

Hi Abdul,

 

To update your status from Invisible to Online, you will need to click on your photo at the top right corner and click on "Online". After this, the dot next to your image should be green. Thank you.

Could you please confirm if you've updated your status from Invisible to Online and it still shows grey?
