I filled my account very carefully. All are okay. So, Why you don't accept my account? Can you solve the problem?

Upwork screens candidate before they are accepted into the marketplace. Acceptance your account depends of how high your skills are needed in the market place.
I would advise you learn and add skills that are of high demand in the marketplace.
'Do what others don't do so you can see a result different from others'. Learn skills people don't do on upwork, then you can open an account with that.
