Why some clients do not reply or respond quickly to your application? WHY??

Please respond because some freelance wants to know if they will wait for it or not.

I know this is frustrating but it's best not to wait for clients to reply. They will reply if they are interested and in the timeline that suits them. You're better off if you just send out proposals and move onto the next. Clients will respond when they're interested, but don't wait around for them. They know where to find you if they want to connect.
