Will this effect my stats?

So earlier this morning I got a notification that I've been invited to a job. As I clicked on the notification, I saw an error like this:

This job has been removed from Upwork, so we are no longer able to retrieve your proposal.

So I'm unable to respond to the invitation. Will this have an effect on my stats (responsiveness)? And also am I not able to get the job now?
