Hello Junaid! As for me, the best way is to apply for that job that is posted no more than 24 hours ago, for that job your skills are well suited for and, of course, a cover letter - the simpler it is, the better! Good luck!

From my experience, the best way to get jobs on LinkedIn is to apply to jobs you're very suitable for. 

Write great proposals too. Let your proposal be about the client and the solution he's seeking and not about you. 

Lastly, have a great profile.
