Wire transfer beneficiary does not match my business account name

My first wire transfer from Upwork arrived at my bank, but the beneficiary name does not match my business account name so my bank cannot accept the transfer.

I need Upwork to send a wire transfer correction to my bank so the bank can accept the transfer and put the money in my business account.

How do I contact customer support to get this resolved ?
