Withdraw while other payment is being traced

Hello, I have an ongoing trace on my delayed payment (from the last two weeks). Is it okay to withdraw another payment (from last week)? Will the tracing be affected? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Tracing will not be affected if your case. If you are planning to use the same payment method as before please check all the details on your bank account and contact the bank to let them check for any problems with your payment method.
