Withdrawal Proposal

I withdraw those proposal in which i receive no feedback from client, will it effect my profile , or if i leave it as it is . Then any impact on profile.

Don't withdraw. You won't get your connects back. Sometimes clients need longer to review the submissions. Sometimes they don't hire anyone. Your plan should be to apply to the ones that are a good fit for your skillset and then move on.
