Withdrawal not received in local bank

Hi, it has been more than 8 days since my withdrawal and the payment hasn't yet been credited to my local bank. I am also fairly new to this portal and am unable to get in touch with the support staff to initiate a trace as advised by the chatbot.

 

Would love some help on this.

Hi Rahul,

 

If you have not received the funds after 8 business days let us know, and our team will initiate a trace on your transaction. Please keep in mind that weekends are not counted as business days. Thank you!

Hi Goran,

Yes, it has been 8 days today. The withdrawal was processed on the 27th of May.
