Withdrawal not received

Hi ! I placed a withdrawal on 3rd December 2018 through direct to local bank method but i have not received the payment yet. Can anyone please help me with this?

Hi Shraddha,

 

I can see that your total earnings to date is $30, so I believe it is less than the minimum amount one can transfer, which is $100.

 She has already withdrawn and there is no such thing as a minimum amount to withdraw, that $ 100 is only the minimum amount you can set an auto-withdrawal  for. You can withdraw any amount you like manually, as long as it is more than the withdrawal fee.

 

Shraddha, if the money can not be delivered to your bank account, it will make its way back to your Upwork account in due course automatically, this can take 2 to 3 weeks.
