Is it common to receive a job offer and then when you hit Accept the Interview, the following message is posted in the job description on Uplink? Why does this keep happening and does it mean that is an untrustworthy client?  Why does this keep happening and what does it mean?

Yes, all this means is the posting was against ToS and Upwork removed it.
