Wonder if I should withdraw the proposal

Not sure if it's normal or if I should withdraw the proposal submitted 2 days ago:

Proposals: 50+

Last viewed by client: 4 hours ago

Interviewing/Invite sent: 0

Perhaps the client is taking time and waiting for the best proposal?

Sometimes it takes weeks for the customer to answer and sometimes they just don't!!! 
You won't get anything out of retreiving your offer, wait till he hires someone then for sure you'll know it's over that's what i do at least!!!
