I've used the Work Diary before, so technically I'm not new to Upwork, but for some reason I am having a problem with the WD. It worked fine during my previous project, although I did have a different setup then.
For my current project it records mouseclicks and takes screenshots fine, but keyboard activity is not being counted.
My setup is I have a laptop which I connect to a monitor and use the laptop keyboard and both screens when recording time logged. The external monitor is a VGA lead and goes into the laptop VGA port. I did have a splitter, so the VGA lead went into a vga/HDMI converter and into the HDMI port on the laptop.
Initially I thought it might have been that, so I took the splitter/converter out and plugged the VGA lead into the VGA port, rather than running it through the VGA/HDMI converter, but it made no difference and it still does not record keyboard strokes.
Any ideas on how to fix this ? Has anyone else had this ?
